5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The application may offer premium features via in-app purchases or subscriptions. You acknowledge that:

• Payment and billing are handled by the applicable app store (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play)
• Refunds are subject to the store's policies
• We are not responsible for billing disputes between you and the store
• Subscription terms and pricing may change with notice where required

6. Intellectual Property and Your Content

The app, its AI models, features, and design are owned by Cryonix Solutions and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of text and images you upload; by using the service you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the cleaning and processing features. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI models or source code
